Hi there! I have spent a great deal of my life being a single mom, a teacher, a martial artist, and a writer. Unfortunately, I have let a lot of my other roles get in the way of the pursuit of my dream to be a writer. So, I quit my full-time job for a part-time job, so that I might, at last, spill out the books I have inside of me. And eventually, I hope to make my writing the full-time job I have always wanted it to be.

For years, I have played Dnd and other role-playing games because it brings out my desire to tell stories with each character I play. I have also taken up multiple instruments in a half-hearted, and poorly performed, attempt at being a bard. I came to realize my true gift was in the lyrics and in the telling, and perhaps not in the singing and the playing. But the beauty of writing is that I can invent characters to do what I cannot. Thus was born Barakon the Bard, a character who is half me and half who I want to be. Hopefully, you will enjoy reading his tales as much as I enjoyed writing them.

I do have many plans for this newly planned writing career. It is my hope that you will join me there – whether it be to read my works, cheer me on, or to provide moral or monetary support. I welcome you!
